1. Ellenőrizze the alapanyag in the tölcsér. 
2. Ellenőrizze metering valve és motor.
3. Ellenőrizze electrocircuits or pneumatic lines.
4. Ellenőrizze whether the mérlegelő works normally on the mérlegelő calibration menü.

Lehetséges okok

The volume of discharged alapanyag exceeds the overloading riasztás setting value.

1. Metering valve cannot be closed.
2. New controller doesn’t carry out mérlegelő calibration. 
3. The overloading setting value is too small.
4. Setting proportion is too small. Small proportion isn’t suitáblázat for pneumatic metering.

1. Ellenőrizze whether this motor works normally. 
2. Ellenőrizze whether the motor érzékelő is adjusted correctly.

Biztonsági ajtó isn’t closed or the pressure isn’t enough.

Megoldás

1. Ellenőrizze whether the biztonsági ajtó is closed tightly. 
2. Ellenőrizze whether the air pressure is enough.

The red light of loadcell SF is blinking which indicates the load cell or hardware faults.

Megoldás

1. Ellenőrizze the connection of loadcell Is OK or not.
2. Ellenőrizze/change the load cell.

When system is under metering condition, the metered súly is decreasing.

1. Ellenőrizze whether the mérlegelő pan is closed tightly 2. Ellenőrizze whether the connection of load cell is broken.

System detects that the súly of empty mérlegelő pan exceeds the riasztás setting value of zero drift. Factory setting is +/-50g

Megoldás

1. Ellenőrizze the mérlegelő pan can be opened freely or not.
2. Ellenőrizze whether the installation of load cell is correct.
3. Ellenőrizze whether the discharging setting time is too short (3-5s).
4. Ellenőrizze the metering valve of tölcsér 1 to tölcsér és see if it can be closed or opened freely to ensure no alapanyag leakage.
